What’s Zumba® Fitness and Zumba® Step?
Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class. The movements are easy-to-follow dance steps. You don't have to know how to dance to do Zumba! Shannon uses a lot of music off the radio plus her favorite Latin rhythms to keep you moving the whole hour.
Zumba® Step is, in Shannon's words, "Zumba elevated!" It's Zumba, but the addition of the aerobic step intensifies your workout. Your legs will thank you! If you aren't sure about using a step you can do the whole workout on the floor, without the step.
